The excavator bucket pins that we produced, have been processed with advanced heat treatment, which ensures high wear-resistance and hardness. The surface hardness reach 53-58 HRC. The permeated carbon depth is maintained between 0.15-0.2CM. The characteristic, hard outside and soft inside, enhance the toughness against impact, and prevent it from breakage. As a result, it greatly increase the durability of bushing and pin. In order to match the standards and qualities of targets, our products are strict inspected before shipment.
